Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation
email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to activate.
Orders are fulfilled through our supplier partners and distribution network.
This allows us to offer carefully selected products at accessible prices. Items
may be shipped from different fulfillment locations depending on product
availability and destination country. All orders are tracked from dispatch to delivery.

United States: 7-20 business days
Canada: 10-25 business days

due to customs processing, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada.
No minimum order required.
5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT FEES
Any customs duties or import fees assessed by customs authorities are the
sole responsibility of the customer. Potzy has no control over these fees.
7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

We will update it if the order has not yet shipped.
8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Potzy is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, check with
neighbors and your local post office, then contact us for assistance.
9. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product immediately
and contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at potzy.info@gmail.com.
10. DELIVERY DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs,
natural disasters, holidays, or events beyond our control.
11. UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to being unclaimed or undeliverable because of
an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer.
