Refund policy

1. RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within
7 calendar days of delivery at potzy.info@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A photo of the packaging

At our discretion, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund,
or store credit in lieu of requiring the item to be returned, particularly
when return shipping costs would be disproportionate to the product value.
In such cases, the customer may be asked to dispose of the item responsibly.

4. NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items not in original condition
- Damage claims made more than 7 calendar days after delivery
- Packages returned due to incorrect address provided by customer
- Customs duties not paid resulting in package return
- Items marked as final sale

5. CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will
first offer a 30% store credit allowing you to keep the item. If you prefer
a full return, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

6. RETURN AUTHORIZATION
All returns require prior authorization. Contact us before sending anything
back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Damaged/defective/incorrect items: Potzy covers the resolution
- Change-of-mind returns: Customer pays return shipping

8. REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your
original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. EXCHANGES
We replace items only if defective or damaged. Contact potzy.info@gmail.com.

10. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet processed.
Contact potzy.info@gmail.com immediately with your order number.

11. LOST PACKAGES
If tracking shows no movement for more than 25 business days, contact us.
We will open an investigation and offer a replacement or full refund.

12. CHARGEBACKS
Please contact us at potzy.info@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback.
We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
